Product Manager

Radial Engineering Ltd. is expanding both in size and with product line acquisitions.

To support this growth, we are actively looking to increase our team with the addition of product managers to take on some of the key challenges. Depending on the individual's qualifications, we are considering any and all brands including Radial, Reamp, Hafler, Jensen Iso-Max, Primacoustic and Tonebone or maybe combinations of these.

A product manager is someone that does not take no for an answer. In other words, he or she is relentless in finding a way to get product into the market and creating sell through. The process includes:

  • Developing the sales strategy for a given product
  • Establish sales goals, projections and budgets
  • Work with the sales team to establish the dealer network
  • Write the web site pages, press releases and owner's manual content
  • Work with marketing on web layout, ad content and trade shows
  • Meet face to face with major customers to convince them of the benefits
  • Work with artists on endorsements
  • Participate in product design, sourcing, safety standards, etc...
  • Own the brand

This position entails extensive travel visiting customers, trade shows, factories, and international meetings.

The winning candidate will be energetic, have a proven sales track-record, have strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following: professional audio, music equipment, high fidelity or acoustics. You will be able to lead others and play well as a team member, be a very effective communicator, have a strong command of the English language, and a very bright and optimistic disposition. This position will be based out of our Vancouver, BC head office.
