Policies, Legal Issues and Terms of Use

This page is designed to provide the reader with an ‘easy to read’ format which explains our company structure, warranty and policies. This is to be used in association with the official Radial warranty that is provided with each product or detailed in our sales literature.

Corporate Identities

Radial Engineering Ltd. (“Radial”) is a limited corporation that operates using various brand names such as Radial, Tonebone, Tonebone, Primacoustic, Zebracase, Forest Audio, C-Tek and our original name JP CableTek Electronics Ltd. All of these brands and/or subsidiaries are the property of Radial Engineering Ltd.

Artist Relations

As with other manufacturers in the professional audio and music industry, Radial has a very active artist relations department that works closely with a select group of artists to develop new products and expand brand awareness. When artists make contact with Radial to acquire product, both parties clearly understand that the intent is to provide mutually beneficial advantages such as using the artist name to promote Radial brands for greater visibility in the media.

Artists wishing to enter into a relationship with Radial or its subsidiaries are requested to send their bio, web links and commercially printed CD to the company to the attention of Artist Relations. Due to the overwhelming number of submissions, we make no guarantee that we will reply but will do our very best. Please note that our goal regarding artist relations is to work with well known artists that have sufficient market appeal to influence musicians and industry associates. This means that for the most part, we can only support artists with a proven track record and therefore are not always able to support up-and-coming artists.

It is understood that should Radial agree to supply a product directly to the artist, this is done as a means to associate the Radial brand with the artist and that the artist agrees and authorizes Radial to use the artist’s name, image, quotation, interview or other marketing tools for the purpose of marketing via our websites, magazine advertisements, press releases, packaging and/or print media.

Should the artist prefer to not have his name associated with our company, it is the artist’s sole responsibility to provide Radial with a written letter detailing the limitations that are being requested. We understand the sensitivity of this issue and will do whatever we can to ensure the artist is presented in a professional manner. If the artist is not interested in authorizing our use of his name or image, we ask that he simply purchase our products through an authorized Radial dealer.

Product Submissions

On occasion, RADIAL is sent unsolicited product submissions from individuals that have ideas that they would like to bring to market. Sometimes these individuals feel that they have a product idea that is of marketable value. More often than not, variations on these ideas have already made it to market, have been discussed in chat rooms, are in the development stage, or even have patents in place or patents applied for.

Therefore, as a policy, we cannot accept any unsolicited ideas or be legally bound for any product ideas that are sent to us for review. Should you have an idea and would like to submit it to us, you must disclose your idea without any legal binding notice and the use of this idea will be the sole decision of Radial Engineering Ltd. Any decision to provide remuneration or compensation will be entirely and solely made by Radial.

Website Terms of Use

Accessing this Radial website, any of the associate Radial websites or C•TEC distribution website is completely free and voluntary and constitutes your consent for Radial to occasionally monitor its use by all persons. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the website remain on line and content be as accurate as possible. Should an individual or firm discover that an image has been erroneously used without permission, we request that a letter be sent to Radial defining the image and the concern and with upon proof of ownership and written request, it will be removed within 14 business days.
